From New York City night life to helping people live the healthy life - The founder and President of Better Gourmet Health Kitchen retired his extensive career as an Event Planner and Talent Coordinator for the trendiest New York City, Las Vegas and Miami night clubs to pursue his dream of entrepreneurship in the health industry. With a personal childhood battle with his own weight, he embarked upon a weight loss journey into his teen years learning how to portion control and prepare his food without added fats and calories.

By the young age of 24, he and his wife (then fiance) struggled with eating out while maintaining healthy diet and lifestyle. Constantly requesting that dishes be baked, not fried and leaving off the sauces and oils that contributed to extra calories and unwanted fats. With a lack of restaurants serving healthy choices, they embarked on what would become the best decision of their lives. Better Gourmet Health Kitchen was founded in 2004 giving people a guilt free alternative to the foods they love - just prepared a Better Way! The menu was uniquely created with a wide range of flavor to keep customers coming back for something different each day and even multiple times a day! Completely customizable, each meal was designed to accommodate any type of diet.

After early on trial and error and an ongoing evolution - the business system and processes became strong, strategy and operations became full proof enabling growth and profit which led to the opening of 5 locations and multiple partnerships.

After personal evaluations and goal setting, the founders decided in 2021 that it was time to Franchise. Their why?
